BluePrinted process definitions ensure a uniform approach to your approval processes throughout your organization. You can centralize the ways in which your organization creates and approves content while allowing for local adaptation based on the roles and responsibilities of contributors in different regions or departments.

Approval statuses are displayed in the list views of items, meaning that you can more easily track and identify the progress of any workflow activity.
